Installing Heaters

Once we have agreed upon new equipment, we will schedule an installation date with you, at your convenience. We will arrive promptly on the install date and review the entire process and provide an estimated time of completion. When longer than normal periods without heating is anticipated, we will offer services such as temporary floor and portable units to help get through the installation process.

Upon completion of your new or replacement heating equipment, we will review all the work that has been completed as well as each piece of equipment used. We will review any warranty information and explain the proper maintenance moving forward with your new heater. We will ask if you are completely satisfied with the products and services we provided you and resolve any issues or concerns you may have at this time. We will then schedule a follow-up visit to insure your new equipment is performing as effectively and efficiently as it should.
